The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Commerce of Peru (MINCETUR) has officially granted SA Gaming both a supplier license and a remote gaming server (RGS) platform license. These licenses affirm the company’s adherence to national regulatory standards, with the supplier license encompassing a broad spectrum of gaming industry services and products, including gaming software, casino games, technological platforms, remote gaming servers, and player management account systems.
In an official statement, SA Gaming remarked, “This is a major achievement in our expansion in the fast-growing Latin American market. It means that our entire portfolio of exciting gaming content, products, and services is now fully compliant with Peruvian regulations, legally accessible to both operators and players across the market. This endorsement not only is a proof of our efforts in creating fairness and trust in operation but also demonstrates our dedication to delivering a transparent and secure gaming experience, from back-end technology to player interface.”

In regional developments, strategic partners Merkur Gaming and Spintec recently announced a new phase in their collaboration. Both entities have entered into a distribution agreement covering Peru and Colombia. The partners described this development as “an important milestone in their collaboration.” Through this ongoing alliance, Spintec and Merkur Gaming will continue to focus on joint innovation, market leadership, and the development of electronic table games (ETGs).
