Bragg also has the option to purchase a controlling interest in RapidPlay, \u201cshould future strategic conditions align.\u201d The link-up with RapidPlay also includes an exclusive content partnership with the studio, allowing Bragg to integrate and offer RapidPlay\u2019s content portfolio through its expanding base of licensed Brazilian operators. <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-white-color\">Bragg RapidPlay Brazil<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All titles developed under the partnership will be powered by Fuze, Bragg\u2019s proprietary engagement technology. This features real-time gamification, player retention tools, and promotional capabilities, which Bragg said enhance both player experience and operator performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bragg has been active in Brazil since the country\u2019s legal market launched on 1 January this year. The developer said it already works with more than one-third of licensed operators and is seeking to expand its presence. RapidPlay will form a key part of this moving forward. Founded by a team of veteran iGaming experts, the studio delivers fully localized support and expertise to operators in Brazil. LatAm regional director Sara Mosallaee and senior account manager Amanda Alexandrini will oversee this from the company\u2019s S\u00e3o Paulo office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commenting on the deal, Bragg chief commercial officer Neill Whyte discussed how this partnership will support its growth plans in Brazil, believing the country could contribute up to 10% of its total revenue this year. \u201cThis partnership with RapidPlay is more than an investment,\u201d Whyte said. \u201cIt\u2019s a strategic move that strengthens our differentiated local content proposition. We\u2019re excited to enter this next phase together.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The acquisition comes hot on the heels of Bragg reporting its full-year financial results last month. These revealed record revenue of \u20ac102 million (\u00a388 million\/$114.2 million), up 9.1% from the previous year. Gross profit climbed 8.2% to \u20ac54 million, and adjusted EBITDA was 3.6% higher at \u20ac15.8 million. While operating loss widened to \u20ac3.5 million, Bragg remains optimistic about its future prospects, especially after the successful Brazil launch. As such, Bragg expects full-year revenue in 2025 to hit between \u20ac117.5 million and \u20ac123 million. The midpoint of this would be 17.9% higher than 2024.
