The move consolidates the resort and casino operations under a single identity for the first time since the property\u2019s opening in 1999, when it debuted as Summerlin\u2019s first casino resort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to management, the new branding mirrors the original vision of the property\u2014a comprehensive hub providing gaming, lodging, dining, wellness, and event spaces within one cohesive campus. Michelle McHugh, Vice President and General Manager of The Resort at Summerlin, shared her thoughts: \u201cOver the past 18 months, we\u2019ve completed a significant renovation designed to revitalize and refresh the property while elevating the overall guest experience.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She further emphasized that the ongoing transformation is a strategic, long-term investment aimed at securing the resort\u2019s future and enhancing its role in the local community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The renovations have touched nearly every aspect of the property, including guest accommodations, public areas, and casino facilities. Guest rooms have been redesigned to offer more spacious living areas and modern amenities, with some featuring walk-out balconies or terraces overlooking meticulously landscaped grounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Improvements extend to the conference center, fitness facilities, and Spa Aquae, along with upgrades to the casino floor\u2014such as new lighting, finishes, and the addition of high-limit gaming zones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Food and beverage offerings remain a key focus of the redevelopment. Several new restaurants are scheduled to debut throughout 2025, with more venues opening in early 2026 as part of The Neighborhood Food Hall.
