Westgate SuperBook Unveils Innovative NFL and College Football Betting Competitions
The Westgate SuperBook is preparing to launch two new betting contests designed for football fans ahead of the upcoming NFL and college football seasons. These additions include SuperContest Survivor and SuperContest College, both of which will have their entry fees fully returned to participants through various prize pools. These contests aim to provide engaging and strategic betting experiences for players.
SuperContest Survivor is a high-stakes elimination pool that requires participants to choose a different winning team each week of the NFL’s 18-week regular season. Notably, there are no point spreads involved, and each team can only be selected once per entry. The contest has a $5,000 entry fee and is winner-take-all, emphasizing skill and strategic planning. Westgate SuperBook Vice President of Race and Sports, John Murray, explained the motivation behind the contest, saying, “We’ve been talking about doing Survivor for the last couple of years. We wanted to do something a little bit different, and in keeping with that theme of the SuperContest Gold, we thought it would be a cool idea to do a $5,000 Survivor contest as well for the more high-end players.”

In addition, the SuperContest College will offer a more accessible option for college football enthusiasts. This contest involves a $500 entry fee, with participants making seven weekly picks against the spread over 14 weeks of the college football season. The season will kick off in late August and conclude at the end of November, with no total points included in the picks.
It’s worth noting that Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino recently established a new partnership with the Las Vegas Aces WNBA team, announced on March 19, just ahead of the league’s season starting on May 16. While the official rules for these new contests are still being finalized, registration for all SuperContests is expected to open by July 1. Additionally, the SuperBook will continue to offer its popular SuperContest Gold, a winner-take-all competition where participants make five weekly picks against the spread during the NFL season, with a $5,000 entry fee.
