OLG Partners with IC360 to Strengthen Sports Betting Integrity in Ontario.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) has partnered with Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360) to strengthen sports betting integrity in Ontario.
The agreement will introduce three IC360 solutions to OLG’s operations. These include its Integrity Monitoring dashboard, ProhiBet and Bad Actor technology.
OLG is a provincial Crown corporation responsible for lottery operations, land-based gaming and selected online gambling services. The new solutions will help protect its PROLINE sports betting platform.
OLG Adopts IC360’s Betting Monitoring Technology
IC360’s Integrity Monitoring dashboard combines global betting odds, anonymised wagering data and information from sports officials.
The platform brings these sources together in one dashboard. This will help OLG identify unusual betting patterns and investigate potentially suspicious wagering activities.
OLG will also use ProhiBet to identify individuals who are prohibited from betting on sporting events. These include athletes, coaches, referees, officials and sports league administrators.
The system automatically checks active betting customers against databases of restricted individuals. It uses cryptographic hashing technology to protect personal information during the verification process.
Bad Actor Technology to Address Sports Harassment
OLG will also adopt IC360’s Bad Actor technology to tackle threats, fraud and harassment targeting sports participants.
The solution allows leagues, teams and governing bodies to identify and report individuals involved in abusive behaviour. This includes incidents that occur online and in person.
Once an individual is reported, the system generates an alert for OLG. The corporation can then review the case and take appropriate action.
IC360 is working with Signify, a provider of social media protection technology, to support the initiative.
OLG and IC360 Comment on the Partnership
Greg Sindall, Senior Director of Digital Sports Product and iSports Product at OLG, said protecting the integrity of the PROLINE platform remains a priority.

He explained that IC360’s monitoring and alert systems would provide real-time insights. These tools will help protect both the business and its customers.
Sindall also highlighted ProhiBet’s role in identifying prohibited bettors and preventing them from wagering on OLG-supported sporting events.
He added that OLG remains committed to delivering safe, secure and fair gaming and entertainment experiences.
Ali Schempp, Chief Commercial Officer at IC360, described the agreement as a major milestone for the company’s expansion in Ontario.
He noted that OLG is the first government agency in the province to adopt IC360’s Bad Actor technology.
According to Schempp, the partnership demonstrates how government-owned gaming operators can protect sports participants and improve market oversight.
He also welcomed OLG into IC360’s ProhiBet and Bad Actor ecosystems. He emphasised the importance of collaboration in strengthening sports betting integrity.
